All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances:

✅ Full refund if you do not receive your order.
✅ Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (1-3 business days, excluding 1 business day processing time).
✅ Full or partial refund if the item is not as described.

❌ Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
❌ Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
❌ A service has already been started or completed as agreed upon.

• If a customer agrees to a service and the work has begun, refunds may be subject to a partial deduction for materials, labor, or time spent on the service.
• No refunds will be issued for work that has been fully completed.
• If a refund is requested before the service begins, a full refund may be issued.
• If a custom order (e.g., cut film, printed materials, or special orders) has already been processed, the cost of materials will be deducted from the refund.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🚨 For service-related purchases: Any disputes over agreed-upon services must be addressed before work begins. Once a service has started, refunds are subject to deductions for labor and materials.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used face and body products
• Underwear with a broken hygiene seal
• Swimwear with a broken hygiene seal
• Pierced jewelry if the seal has been tampered with
